Nancy Silver has always been drawn to the therapeutic aspects of yoga and has attended several Anusara-based therapeutic workshops. From there, the shift for her to study massage and bodywork was quite natural, and she enrolled in a 620-hour program at the Institute for Therapeutic Massage in 2010, focusing primarily on Swedish and medical massage, as well as anatomy and physiology. She has also taken courses in chair massage, foot reflexology, Reiki, myofascial release and Eastern bodywork. She was certified by the State of New Jersey in 2011. Nancy believes very strongly in helping others to achieve and maintain overall wellness through holistic means such as massage and yoga.
